One bug fix involved the creation of a flow that enabled newsletter subscribers to seamlessly create a user account in the Rest Less app which participated in the effort to grow the number of users to 100,000 in just 6 months. - Presented app feature releases demos in company Townhalls leading to increased stakeholder buy-in and adoption.- Supported in building out of event-driven APIs.

My responsibilities at Fry-Care were to create new fryer assemblies for both bespoke products and for future standardised product ranges. These multiple projects were running at the same time with targets and deadlines in mind. Therefore time management and organization were key to achieving these aims. Other challenges are the realisation of previous manual fabrication work, and by critically appraising existing designs I have been able to reduce fabrication time and costs whilst also improving build quality.Outcomes: - Managed client communications for bespoke product design and manufacturing projects with budgets of £30,000-150,000- Project management: Re-designed and engineered 3 model types concurrently within a 6-month deadline.- Final designs achieved an 83% reduction in fabrication time, 42% average cost reduction, and doubling production rate.

Rock & Sole Plaice is London’s oldest Fish and Chip shop. My role was to bring the business into the 21st century. As well as creating new content. This role involved reviewing the whole online customer journey on social media and on the company website. By creating, managing and analysing customer data, I could produce new insights that could be acted upon to develop new advertising and product strategies. All encompassed in the goal of increasing site visits and increasing spend per head.

SMR produce Rear view mirror technology for the automotive industry.I experienced a wide range of clients, each with different production volume critical thinking, and understanding the operation of a multi-billion dollar Automotive company.Outcomes: - Tested and amended faulty production parts that were delaying multi-million pound (daily) production lines. - Collaborated within a large cross-functional team that was responsible for 1.4 billion euros in revenue (2016-2017).
