As an experienced Production Manager & Head of Ops, I specialize in film and television productions and for broadcasters and content-hubs, including internal company processes and leadership. With extensive experience in TV and independent film production, network agencies, and digital media, I have a proven track record of leading and growing production teams.Currently, as Head of Ops at Story House Berlin, I lead, allign and develop all departments around editoral and production teams. In my additional role as Senior Production Manager I lead a team of agile production staff and project crews in delivering high-quality TV series for German broadcasters. In my previous role as Head of Production at VICE Media and Virtue Austria, I led and grew the production and post-production departments while collaborating with European and US partner offices and brands.
