-Plan and successfully execute to completion all levels of weddings, social, corporate, and non profit; to include; fundraisers, product launches, team building, galas, and conferences-Actively negotiate proposals with venue partners to meet clients budget requirements-Simultaneously plan multiple events and deal with the creation of timelines, BEOs, floor plans, and day of execution managing over 20 staff members at any particular time-Develop and maintain firm relationships with vendors and potential clients by attending networking events-Handle all social media to include; Wedding Wire, Party Slate, Facebook, and Instagram and strategically post to garner more followers-Work with accounting and create invoices, follow up with POs and post payments-Travel nationally and internationally to oversee large events, handle sites, and meet with clients; to include and not limited to Mexico, Key West, Bimini and Cartagena

-Overall management and maintenance of the facility.-In service employees about new protocols.-Monitor employee performance.-Provide advanced assistance to customers with computer or printer issues.
