Human Resources Manager
Current• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization• Oversee the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding while promoting equality and diversity• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics • Manage the performance appraisal program • Plan training materials to enhance the skills and quality of work• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local federal regulations• Maintain pay plan and benefits program• Investigate employee issues, complaints and conflicts and brings them to resolution• Controlling costs and ensuring that they do not exceed budgets • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital• Advising on staff promotions.• Nurture a positive working environment• Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records• Manage all administrative tasks for accuracy and compliance including but not limited to payroll, employee files, tracking all sorts of vacations, and benefit changes.
