I have gained considerable experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer and specialize in private and international judicial law, with a particular focus on litigation. As such, I represent clients before courts in various kinds of disputes, including litigation between shareholders, insolvency cases, cases related to product liability, medical or pharmaceutical liability, litigation relating to banking and financial services, distribution agreements, claims in relation to breach of contract, construction disputes, commercial leases, recovery of claims, etc.I also provide corporate assistance and advise clients on a wide range of commercial contracts.I was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2006 and serve as invited lecturer in notarial judicial law at the UCLouvain since 2017, where I was also research and teaching assistant between 2006 and 2019.I am recognized as a certified specialist in procedural, attachment and enforcement law by the French speaking Brussels Bar Association.
