Responsible for the gifts development of several programs:-Development of the Christmas 16 gift range - 122 gifts SKUs (42 different constructions) => 458 components (vacforms, tin boxes, fabric bags, rigid and folding cardboard boxes, ribbons, corrugate fitment, shippers, tags, labels …)-Development of the permanent 2016, Valentine’s Day 2016, Mother’s Day 16 gifts-Development of gifts range to support new products developments (launch of British Rose, Pinita Colada)-Work closely to the marketing, the component vendors (Europe and China), the co-packers and the artwork team-Contribute to innovation days with the marketing and suppliers each year

In charge of development and purchasing of the following products : all the secondary packaging and tubes, makeup accessories and bath range packing items :- Look for and select suppliers- Negociate, optimize costs of the packing items and tools and propose alternative technical solutions to the marketing to target prices.- Accessories range : brushes, beauty tools and makeup case development- Purchasing and development of our bath and body products packaging : tubes and labels with complicated decorations using some different technologies (flexo-printing, offset, silkscreen printing, hot stamping)- Makeup range : development and purchasing of all tubes- Develop all folding cardboards and wedging of the cosmetic range- Launch purchasing orders to our suppliers and subcontractors- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (400 references of products and packing items) meeting deadlines- Establish triptychs and defect ranges in connection with our suppliers and subcontractors

Contributed to S&S projets (Simplification and Standardization) in order to realize a maximum cost saving (annual saving achieved : 500 000$) : - Standardized X braces of Chartres factory (defined materials and realized transport trials)- Value analysis : modified all the tertiary boxes of the factory to adapt it to an automatic counter installation project => connections with supplier and Production, Logistic, Ergonomics departments.- Changed sample cards supplier : defined varnishes and established/followed the supplier transfer => connections with suppliers, supply department and realization and following of trials on production lines.

Followed and took part of new projects development and continuous improvement: - Managed a packaging development project for a new product for the brand St-Rémy- Managed different regulatory projects on currently ranges products- Connections with marketing, purchasing, production, customers departments - Worked with suppliers and subcontractors to look for best technical and economic solutions- Follow-up of production line trials

Development of several luxury packaging : - Defined packaging from marketing briefs (candles boxes, perfume bag spray,…)- Prototypes management; Connection with suppliers- Connection with marketing, methods and purchasing department- Established and followed production and compatibility trials to complete approval process- Realized artworks in connection with suppliers and marketing department

- Continuous improvement on secondary packaging (folding cardboards, labels,…) => Packing optimization on production lines- Optimized packaging of automatic production lines components : thermoformed trays and palboxes for spray caps and 1Million facings.- Realized a cosmetics box set for the Payot beauty institutes
