Site and execution design led : - steel structure of several mixted concrete slab inside the Gare du Nord train station (500k€), Paris, France. - Steel pedestrian bridge in Rennes, France, for the park 'Les prairies de Saint Martin' (450 k€). WPQR & WPS (QMOS & DMOS) preparation, and welders qualification control in the workshop.

In charge of several sites in Pointe-Noire, Congo. Management of : - Supply,- construction schedule / programme,- Costs,- Methods,- Teams (with or without site foreman),- Subcontractors,Link between support services, direction, subcontractors, and clients.Sites lead :- Gas station soil reconstruction for TOTAL CONGO S.A.- 7-floor housing building on pile foundation with pool and parking (as general contractor), all trades. 1900 m² of concrete casted, including 1300 m² made on site. Pre-slabs, precast beams, precast stairs all made on site. Reinforcement bended and assembled on site.- Warehouse building on ENI - SAIPEM Yard (as general contractor) for ENI - SAIPEM, structural work and all trades.- Demolition and refection the waterproofness complex of a housing building in exploitation (as contractor),- Roads and utilities on twins 7 floors housing and office buildings (as contractor) and pilot on the buildings.

Final studying works (TFE) in a building company named : Financial management tools on building projects and sites. TFE made at SOCOFRAN CDE, in Congo Republic, on several building or industrial sites.Making up of a tool allowing live cost control on a building site, using Excel (and Visual Basic for the programming), by the site engineer / manager with several interfaces to make the help of a site agent possible.

Internship name : control and monitoring in project management without the architecture, façade and building permit contract package. The project was the demolition and expansion of the part of a shopping centre in activity in the Parisian suburbs.
