1/ Development of nuclear waste management methods, IGM Impermeable Graphite Matrix2/ Creation and installation of a laboratory for :-elaboration of powder mixture and analysis-creation of samples by spark plasma sintering or hot isostatic pressing-sample analysis ( cutting / polishing / hardeness/ microscopy/ density measurments) 3/ Development of nitriding processes with the IRT M2PInstitut de recherche technologique, matériaux, métallurgie et procédésTechnological research institut for material, metallurgy and process-Improvment of the general knowledge on nitriding-Elaboration of nitiding cycle for aerospace material-Control of the white layer, of the diffusion depth and of the hardness4/ Research and development work in order to improve the purification process of vanadium oxide into vanadium and vanadium nitride.5/ Improvement of ALD's knowledge on Active Screen Plasma Nitriding, ASPN

Le projet s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'optimisation des procédés de traitements thermiques et thermochimiques utilisés pour la fabrication de pièces de type pignonnerie, engrenages, roulements ou autres composants nécessitant des traitements de renforcement de surface.1. Amélioration de la « capacité » de production (gain de temps, simplification des gammes de fabrication, …)2. Recherche de propriétés fonctionnelles différentes, améliorées, combinées, …3. Exploration de domaines non encore utilisés pour enrichir les connaissances et ouvrir d’autres portes
