CurrentClient Services Department delivers support and professional services to Murex clients. In order to deliver high-touch and efficient client services, my team is responsible for :• Leading digital transformation projects• Implementing and supporting delivery frameworks and customer-service processes• Managing Portfolio Operations for Client Services in EMEA region Lead a team of 35 international consultants, senior consultants and experts in their fields (business analyst, PMO, test lead, product owner and product manager) Directly involved on the implementation of a new CRM strategy, acting as Business Owner (SAFe framework) on a program involving more than 40 resources.
