I started to work in the Luxury Watch industry in the aftersales services, but I quickly started a love story with project management; Continuous improvement and understood that it can help any business to have access to a new level of performance and increase customer satisfaction. I am a Quality Coordinator with an extensive international experience with a strong focus on customers’orientation.
