I'm also responsible for the Category Sugars and sweeteners for the Solina group and in the lead for harmonization projects and providing market insights on this category.Within Solina, I am an integral member of the leadership team, actively contributing to our sustainable sourcing strategy. My primary objective is to enhance and refine our existing procurement strategy, all while seeking to generate value and explore new business opportunities.I oversee several key categories, including fruits, vegetables, chemicals, colorings, sugars, alcoholic products, vinegars, as well as oils and fats.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator and Procurement Manager, I held a pivotal role overseeing the Purchase and Logistics department. I was in charge of 3.5 fte employees.I was responsible for implementing best practices in production and following up the defined actions by conducting internal audits and training.During my time is Quality manager we made a digitalisation switch in production to ensure that the various quality processes were properly documented and to ensure that products were manufactured, packaged, labelled and kept to specifications. This resulted in an increase in customer satisfaction and an improvement in respons time during calamities. The digitalisation also resulted in a better cooperation between the WMS- and ERP-system.
