Supply planning of medical equipment : • Creation and management of supplier orders • Management of local and European stock • Planning and scheduling deliveries/production for suppliers • Handling the shipment of raw materials to suppliers • Frequent meetings with suppliers to manage deliveries, emergencies, and negotiation of capacity and pricing • Daily communication with suppliers to manage production/delivery delays and emergencies • Demand management and forecasting: Analysis of quarterly and annual needs for order creation • Analysis of sales and stock for future orders

Hybrid position between the Packaging (R&D) department and the Artwork (Project Management) department:Creation of products and components in the SAPx4 ERP.Creation of specifications and modification of data in the SAPx4 ERP.Technical data management.Creation and modification of artwork for packaging in collaboration with the marketing department using tools such as DragonFly, Adobe Pro, and CodeSoft.Development of a new project tracking system linking SAP, Excel, and Monday for use by the Artwork, Marketing, Project Management, and Planning teams.

Management of the packaging specifications database.Daily contact with a wide range of suppliers in France and internationally for all technical and logistical information requests.Support for the Packaging and Master Data team.Data processing in the SageX3 ERP.Participation in the development of a new data collection and processing system to facilitate requests related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and business on the SageX3 ERP.
