Communication : - Création du service communication de la structure - Elaboration, gestion et suivi de la communication 360° du comité : réseaux sociaux, site internet, communication interneEvénementiel : - Organisation de 15 événements/an à destination des jeunes issus des Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville - Organisation de la Semaine Olympique et Paralympique et de la Journée Olympique en Île-de-France Coordination territoriale CNOSF : - Animation des équipes de développement franciliennes des 9 structures Olympiques territoriales- Suivi et mise en place des politiques du CNOSF au niveau local- Liaison entre le comité d’organisation des Jeux de Paris 2024 et les acteurs locaux

- Développer les techniques de knowledge management (veille, benchmark, best practice, études, …)- Analyser les études marketing et les préconisations réalisées à la FFRandonnée ces dernières saisons- Mener des travaux d'observation ayant pour objectif de développer des outils à destination des clubs- Participer à la mise en place de la stratégie relative au marketing associatif de la fédération- Participer à la réalisation d'actions marketing à la fédération
