As a PhD researcher in Communication Sciences, I work on quantitative studies that assess 'diversity' and 'gender equality' in the French audiovisual media.I specifically investigate 'diversity' policies and their impact on professional practices in the media. I am interested in how these quantitative studies are produced and in understanding the epistemological and methodological issues they raise. Additionally, I want to learn how French television channels use these studies.This research project is being supervised by Maxime CERVULLE, a university professor in the CEMTI laboratory, and is funded by the Paris 8 PhD School of Social Sciences (ED 401).
