Footwear & Accessories Designer ManagerStart-to-finish management & conception of SANDRO Women's and Men’s Accessories• Design and Developpment of Footwear, Handbags & Accessories for Women's & Men's • Sourcing, Market research, leather, materials and metal trimmings selection as well as suppliers management & commercial negotiations.

• Creative design of the footwear collections for John Richmond and Richmond collections (covering men’s & women’s)• Conceptualisation of product to meet need of brand and its customers, resulting in sales growth for the company. Communicate with Creative Director on category development.• Work with the product development team to see through the collection from concept to final showroom collection.• Work to a specified range plan in coordination with commercial department and / or relevant licensees. Work to a given timetable, ensuring deadlines are met to meet company goals.• Manage all design projects from origination to completion.
