During the year (September - June): Frequent meetings with other responsibles to prepare the practical side of our summer, organise activities for animators, discuss about changes we want to implement, communications with third parties,... During the summer (July): End responsibility of the playground; administration, daily activities, solving conflicts, communication with head-animators, animators, children, other volunteers and parents.
