During my studies I worked in groups on intercultural projects, developed business-oriented, critical thinking and improved my soft skills.After graduating from my bachelors in media and events management, I am currently expanding my knowledge in leadership, ethics, responsibility and innovation with my master's degree at Roskilde University.In cooperation with an asset company, my group members and I worked on a project on knowledge transfer and retention within the organization and its effective determinants.
