Contribution to all steps of the project, from feasibility studies and workshops with business up to design phase, deliverables specifications and eventually, deployment of the solution at a worldwide scale. As Users Tests Manager, in coordination with all the other actors on the project, I ensure a smooth and strict application of business test scenarios. I also act as a moderator between the different partners. Eventually, I make sure that the application covers the business requests. That innovating project lead by Michelin Solutions (a subsidiary of Michelin Group) relies on an architecture which includes SAAS applications and complex business processes.

Functional expert on Michelin Sales Forces domain and on Original Equipment applications which are led by the CRM support teams. Management of production issues and contribution to several steps on the project (requirements gathering, batch plan monitoring, tests, management of recurrent issues), consulting for different partners and mediator when facing difficult situation.

Assistance in steering a strategic project dealing with reduction of duration to perform financial closure : I collaborate to feasibility studies, workshops with business teams, design phase, deliverables specifications, project steering and tests management (from writing the tests scenarios to get them applied). Contribution to acceptance phase along with the business teams and change management during deployment. I am also in charge of ensuring that the application covers the business needs.

I set up both the infrastructure and the processes to support de FINANCE domain. I help the team (6 collaborators) in raising their skills and I train the Support Manager. Later on, I ensure consistency between the business processes, the support level 2 and IBM (the partner in charge of the infrastructure) and I keep leading the team as a Support Manager Deputy.

On behalf of the Service and Development Center of Montpellier, I write general specifications and quotations, tests plan and tests scenarios. I then process the test plan as per design. I also fulfill the roles of functional referent on all the projects, project manager deputy, guarantor of the functional and technical consistency and I’m in charge of leading the development team.

This project is about moving to IT the Livre Foncier d’Alsace et de Moselle (German heritage) which is an equivalent of Conservation des Hypothèques (land ownership management) in the rest of France. Within a team of 50, under the tutorship of the Department of Justice, I contribute to the conception of tests plan and tests scenarios.
