I conducted permit applications for wind-farms projects, filed in expected lead-time, and obtained building permits for 61 MW and overcame technical and administrative obstacles for wind plants authorizations, reduced the average development time and won permits for wind farms previously refused.I negotiated and coached various stakeholders to promote the projects and to prospect for new projects, launched new projects around Paris.

Promotion of biogasI fundraised a budget of 30 000 euros and designed and implemented partnerships with local organizations.I led the feasibility study of a biodigester for a school in Cambodia and for the town of Sikasso, Mali, designed and conceived the specifications for the biodigesters and trained on the advantages of biogas in Bharatpur, India.I drafted a report leading to synergies between African and Indian NGOs, sharing their techniques and adapting the Indian design in African buildings.
