- Developing and implementing an „end-to-end“ process for marketing, communications and sales including smart use of data & analytics- Managing major strategic projects across the function with a strong focus on implementation in close collaboration with HR, Operations, Communications, Finance & Controlling- Supporting future strategy development process and strategy reviews - Supporting and coaching senior leadership in all matters of communication- Creating a sense of urgency for change

- Developing and implementing major strategy and change projects with a strong focus on leadership consulting, communications and go-to-market priorities: - Vision & Strategy 2020 for KPMG's Tax Function (strategy process and change management)- 7 Stars Client Experience (cultural change with strong focus on clients and markets strategy)- Digital marketing transformation (shift from 90% print to 90% digital)- Planning and implementing effective marketing and communication activities (project management of client events, corporate publications, direct marketing activities, sponsorings, speaking opportunities, digital marketing and social media activities)

Development and implementation of three major change projects with a strong focus on leadership communication and corporate culture: - Vision and Strategy 2015 for KPMG Switzerland (support and advise CEO in vision and strategy development)- Merger of KPMG Switzerland with KPMG Europe (post merger change management) including high performance culture (cultural change management)- Leadership Change (positioning new CEO and ExCom members / launch new brand strategy)In General: - Lead all internal aspects of crisis communications - Consult CEO and senior leadership in internal communication matters - Develop and implement internal communication activities (CEO Roadshows, Partners’ Conferences, employee events etc.)- Provide high-level editorial services, “ghostwriting” support for CEO and KPMG’s senior leadership- Lead and further develop the firm’s intranet (KPulse)- Issue the internal magazine KPeople (three times a year) and lead the editorial team- Develop and control the Internal Communications budgets and processes
