Automation and Manufacturing Process Improvement is what I like the most about my career and solving complex problem is my middle name! I identify myself as a Solution Developer who is not waiting for the problem to come towards me but goes and finds the problem and solves it before it is out of control.My greatest strength is to find the root cause of a complex issue and its immediate short term solution. I then work to develop a strategic solution plan to eradicate the issue completely using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control).
