- Carries out activities associated with purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services to ensure terms are in the organization’s best interest.- Contacts suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure the resolution of problems such as shortages and missed or late deliveries in order to ensure customer satisfaction.- Coordinates and ensures appropriate supply of new products and part numbers with engineering changes.- Analyzes and establishes actions for decreasing and controlling excess and obsolete inventory.- Coordinates and schedules visits to critical suppliers for improvement of services and deliveries of materials

- Follow up on customer complaints and work alongside multi-disciplinary teams in order to establish containment and preventive actions by following the 8D discipline.- Participation in global quality-related meetings.- Review warranty expense metrics and work with responsible suppliers.- Follow up on missing parts and top offenders and decrease the frequency of complaints by analyzing data and Quality Tools.- Report and follow up on ARUs (Authorized Return of Units).- Green Belt Six Sigma Project Team Leader- Participation in ECN and PFMEA meetings.

- By reviewing BOMs, and drawings, review and process missing parts cases.- Report customer complaints to the leaders of each department (ascendent and descendent communication).- Weekly communicate warranty expense metrics.- Participation in ECN and PFMEA meetings.
