• Responsible of performing daily assessments in English and Spanish to District residents who have tested positive for COVID-19 to ensure the compliance of CDC Guidelines and Directives of the Health Department regarding the isolation of positive cases and quarantine of individuals exposed to the virus.• Monitor the development of symptoms of persons under investigation to prepare and write daily reports that contain metric information which is added to the District´s COVID-19 data base to maintain a constant follow up with these individuals.• Analyze information and data provided by the individual under investigation to identify patterns of transmission and cluster locations in the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.• Perform in home wellbeing check visits for complex cases who need special attention regarding their exposition or contraction of SARS-CoV-2 and, if needed, escalate cases to epidemiology team for further action.• Assess an individual’s need for additional social services, including alternative housing, food, and/or medication, childhood immunization, and chronic disease management and initiate resource coordination.

Embassy of The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to The United States of America • Generate responses through different communication channels to a broad range of requests made by Venezuelans residing in the United States, while acting within Domestic, Venezuelan and International Law.• Drafting and distributing communications to federal authorities such as The Department of State, The Office of Foreign Missions, The Department of Homeland Security, among others. • Issue various consular documents such as Nationality Certificates, Emergency Travel Documents, No Objection Statements, also, reviewing and examining them to confirm their compliance with domestic and international requirements.• Provide guidance to Venezuelan detainees and their family members on legal and migration issues, while maintaining regular communications with ICE authorities to ensure the non-violation of due process and other Human Rights.• Maintain and deliver monthly reports related to the data base of the consular registry.

• Conducted research on the amendments of the General Standards of the General Secretariat of the OAS (GS Regulation) in order to be used as an input to the Secretariat Jurisprudence Database. • Collected, examined and translated different sources of law in English and Spanish to identify and reconstruct legal gaps in the GS regulation and designed a final report summarizing the results of the analysis. • Organized information and prepared talking points to be discoursed in meetings and forums.
