As part of Ippon's data practice, my mission was to improve a tire management tool for the CAROOL company through the use of images. The main objective was to study the feasibility of measuring tire groove depth using stereo-binocular images. This was followed by a study of ML and AI algorithms (CNN, Transformer) on tensorflow/pytorch dedicated to tire wear classification. I was also able to discover various AWS services such as Lambda, S3 and Sagemaker.
