CurrentProject and Product Manager: - Plan, allocate resources, handle invoicing, and practice agile product management. - Responsibilities include roadmap creation, prioritization, delivery, and support teams. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams; - Ensuring project budget and delivery; - Managing stakeholder expectations.Business Analyst: - Gather requirements, understand customer pain points, needs, and desired outcomes. - Identify potential opportunities within the client environment using Microsoft solutions (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.). - Create comprehensive functional documentation.Product Owner: - Represent the customer’s vision. - Develop user stories, manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, evaluate sprint progress, and actively participate in ceremonies.Usability Testing and Manual Testing: - Conduct usability tests to ensure product quality. - Perform manual testing to identify and address issues.
