• Complete large and small façade refurbishment projects, being myself the first design draughtsperson. Constant communication with architects, clients, suppliers, estimators, and factory team, being the link between them.• Responsible for administration, liaison and clerical duties associated with the drawing/ design office, preparation and delivering of product specification; schedules; tender, conceptual, general arrangement drawings and workshop detail drawing (2D & 3D) using Autodesk Inventor 2024 and AutoCad 2024.• Constantly aware of developing and installation on site via teams meeting or videocalls every time it needs to.

• Responsible for administration, liaison and clerical duties associated with the drawing/ design office, preparation and delivering of tender, conceptual, general arrangement and workshop detail drawing / schedules using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCad.• Arrange and attend site surveys and meetings with architects, clients, suppliers, estimators, and factory team, being the link between them.

• Support team members on the development of various façade project such as steel and glass system, unitized curtain walls and cladding• Preparation and checking drawings for dimensional accuracy, grammar, spelling, etc…
