In my current role I analyze trends in customer-supported data in order to identify opportunities for process enhancement, improved intent detection and more efficient call routing. I propose, build, and launch complex chatbot flows that both consider and account for the front- and backend experience and facilitation. I maintain and identify areas for continuous improvement of quality within existing chatbot flows. I configure and maintain the connection between the chatbot and our IVR system in order to improve agents' ability to provide support for issues not resolved within the chatbot. I build long-term roadmaps for chatbot workflows and regularly report on my progress to team members. I define and drive chatbot KPIs utilizing my ability to analyze ambiguous data and provide recommendations in line with business goals.
