- Develop and launch the strategy to automate our business with the Trade, so one day 100% of our strategic POS are fully digitized. Tools: Sales Force CRM and Marketing Cloud.- Create new models to segment POS across channels (GT, WS, KA) in Central America and Caribbean markets and coordinate with local teams its execution.- Generate standard trade tools.

- Develop and launch a digital platform to interact with our retailers- Support and maintain POS Segmentation Matrix in all CAM Markets- Generate activation tools for our FSF which would help increase our SoM- Train and support all Central American markets in our new way of working and commercial tools available

- Develop and execute trade activities to accomplish our sales targets- Change the way of work of the department focusing on activities to generate Trade Engagement with key POS- Analize the market to propose new product launches that will take consumers from our competition

- Work with agency to assure all correct designs for every MKT Project- PoC with New York’s office to submit all portfolio projects- Support our Consumer Engagement Team with tools to generate WoM among our consumers in marketing activations and events
