Recruited to perform the company's sales strategy and lead the areas of Marketing, Pricing - Procurement and Sales in order to achieve the assigned goals. Selected to Build a full-scale sales operation from the ground up, duties and follow up system with successful results.• Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan that focused on retaining priority accounts. • Create the joint strategy with our partner Nippon Express, to increase the shipments between Japan, USA & COL for dry Cargo. • Setup and execute the penetration plan for the markets of Asia, USA, Europe, Center and Latin America for Ocean & Air/imports & exports services. • Build and follow-up of the Sales Pipeline and Forecast of target accounts. • Obtain the participation and achievement of global Tenders.• Training and Leadership of the sales team. • Responsible for the Procurement Department on the direct negotiation with suppliers as a Shipping Lines, Airlines, and local suppliers.
