As Team Captain of KIND Vancouver's KBA Team:I was responsible for the execution of key partnerships and events while being the onsite contact between the event organizer KIND's FMTL.Acted as team captain, managing a team of KBAs to create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, andultimately drive in-store sales at events where FMTL &/or FMM were not in field.Worked closely with the FMTL on weekly basis and assumed additional roles in scheduling the team, creating details on upcoming activations and inputting all pertinent information & insights into the tracking system.Assisted in all stages of the recruitment process when sourcing new team members and produced hand-over materials to assist new members in their roles.

Created and taught curriculum for both adult and children's photography & video production courses, in house and for Selfdesign Learning Community Vancouver.Produced promotional content for social media accounts and maintained / updated website.Sought out and executed business growth opportunities for The Luminous Elephant.

As Student Brand Manager in UCD:Implemented Red Bull’s sales & marketing mix in UCD through exciting brand activations and events, both independent and society-supported. Developed and maintained relationships with key sales accounts to boost product visibility, availability and drive sales.Created and executed original and innovative brand 'hacks' to engage students over my two years as UCD SBM.Represented Red Bull Ireland on a national level, supporting and managing events across Ireland.

As PRO for UCD German Society I designed promotional materials, including society membership cards, throughout the year and worked with the rest of the committee to create and execute society events.Attached are examples promotional materials I created for the society during the 2016/17 term.
