During my stint of 10+ years I have handled a variety of roles. Starting off as an Operations Trainee, later promoted as Operations Associate and last + years I worked as the Operations Manager, where I manage all the operations end to end.As an Operations Associate for 3 years, I handled all the content related activities like, content readiness and handover to the faculty/student. I was also responsible for the post enrolment process.As an Operations Trainee, I got trained and worked on the role of content administrator. My responsibilities included creating content using PageMaker Application and uploading content on to our online platform.
