I am 29 years old and I have been working as a security officer for the past 12 years. In my time as a security officer in Malta, I have worked in various sites and buildings including business centres and government offices. Most of my roles apart from guarding surveillance was customer service, as many might already know security is not only about protecting places and people but also to deliver superb customer service to the client's client. In my time as a security officer, I was given customer service training and communication training to improve my skills and also as a request from clients requesting these types of courses and knowledge. In the past 3 years, I was supervising and managing a security and recaption team at the centre business centre in Tignie point Siema ( Malta ). also I have been working with my brothers in Malta who also are owners of 2 restaurants named Il Pirata restaurant which one of them is family run business. my role was to hep they manage the operation of the restaurant and also help them out with there daily task. as I thank you very much for taking the time to read and consider my letter i wish you a good day ahead.
