Middels onderzoek en analyse ontwerp ik functionaliteiten die waarde creëren voor eindgebruikers, business en het technische landschap (feasibility, viability en desireability).Samen met eindgebruikers achterhaal ik behoeftes om vanuit daar oplossingsrichtingen te verkennen. Dit in nauwe samenwerking met de PO, het Development team en stakeholders van binnen en buiten de IT afdeling. Mijn ervaring als UX Designer zet ik in om functionaliteiten te ontwerpen (mock-ups, low-mid-high fidelity prototypes) en te valideren met eindgebruikers. Analyses variëren van GAP- en Impact analyse, het modelleren van processen (BPMN) en Entiteit en Relatie diagrammen (ERD), SWOT- en Data analyse, het in kaart brengen van requirements en het opstellen van acceptatiecriteria. Ik ben bekend met API Development (Rest JSON). Inzichten documenteer ik in een functioneel ontwerp en vertaal ik samen met de PO en het Development team naar user stories.

Calco is a Dutch IT company which specialises in the training and secondment of IT professionals. The Calco MasterClass is a 2 year trainee programme during which ‘high potentials’ amongst recent graduates are prepared for a position in the IT sector. This traineeship is unique, for it is competency-based; it is open to candidates who are ambitious, possess analytical and communicative skills and who do not necessarily have an IT background, but have completed a university or applied university degree.During this 2 year programme I am offered in-depth specialist training for the first two months, subsequently leading to a challenging position with one of Calco’s client companies for the remaining 22 months. The first month of training consists of acquiring general IT knowledge. During the second month I will follow a specialisation course, which could be (but is not limited to) any of the following: information analyst, programmer, tester or junior project manager.
