Handling the training portfolio of the Sales vertical. Actively leading Teams involved in content creation, delivery planning & monitoring, pan-India. Responsible for the annual calendar of a majorly e-learning based Training schedule. In addition, responsible for the successful conversion of all instructor-led classroom training modules to a completely E-Learning Learner-led Training platform operating without geographical bounds.

Did a one year course to have hands on knowkedge on areas like Retail, Supply Chain Management,VM,Brand Management.

Worked as a Faculty at Fashion Management Studies Department and taught subjects like, CRM, Retail, HRM,Economics,OB,IPR,Brand and instore communications,Fashion Forecasting.Also the Coordinator for International and Domestic Linkages at New Delhi. Nodal officer for three italian universities.
