Managed a case load of over two hundred students registered with the university's accessibility services office. Provided letter describing disability related accommodation needs specific for each individual. Served as support for student to self advocate and coordinate meetings to discuss accommodation questions and clarifications.

Conducted case management intake appointments in the JF&CS office or in client's home. Completed assessments including the DON-R, the Montgomery Borgatta Caregiver Burden scale, food insecurity assessment and behavioral assessments for Alzheimer's or related dementia. Developed family, health, financial, educational, mental health and support network histories to ascertain needs of caregivers and care recipients. Created individual care plans for clients. Provided extensive follow up of caseload of 30 clients to identify and connect them to community and/or clinical resources.

Assisted student with academic struggles through improving time management, organization, note-taking and studying skills. Handled a caseload of 20 to 200 academically-at-risk GSU students with a registered disability and utilized counseling skills developed in masters counseling program to help manage student crisis and assist in student self-advocacy.

Develop service/treatment plans, provide parents/guardians with information on disciplining, behavior management, communication and relationship enhancements, provided crisis intervention and mediation when necessary, coordinates referrals and appropriate community resources when needed. Maintain concurrent documentation of each meeting with clients and support group.
