As part of the editorial team I help select and copyedit original poetry and prose from creative writers for inclusion in the journal. I instigated the shift to cloud-based file organisation and feedback bookkeeping. Mayhem now uses Google Drive to privately organise all submissions and track submitter and editorial feedback, and as a result the editorial process and editorial meetings are significantly streamlined and paper waste is reduced to a minimum. This facilitated the selection process for the first Mayhem Anthology (2016) which I typeset and designed. Academic research to update the Index of New Zealand Short Fiction for the University of Waikato's Library. Over the ten week project my work doubled the existing database, adding 12,000 new entries from texts published after 1990.
