As the CEO of Wayfarer Entertainment, a branded content and social impact production company founded by Justin Baldoni, I navigated the company through the pandemic and asset sale. My tenure was marked by innovative strategies and successful partnerships, which significantly elevated the company's profile in the entertainment industry. Key Achievements:Strategic Partnerships: Negotiated and secured a groundbreaking multi-million dollar ideation and sponsorship agreement with a major multi-national corporation. Award-Winning Leadership: Under Proctor's stewardship, Wayfarer was recognized with over 25 awards and honors for its branded content campaigns, including five Telly Awards.Culture Transformation: Created and implemented the 4H virtue system (Honor, Humility, Hunger, and Heart), aligning the company culture with its vision to elevate humanity through storytelling.

Hired to grow the primarily acquisitions-based business unit into a global motion picture production unit. Successfully streamlined the business unit's development slate and secured a multi-picture deal with a major cable television network for several of the company's legacy projects. Worked with multiple departments, including the international sales team, to increase revenue projections globally. The business unit ended due to a leadership change.

Oversaw all original programming and production. Maintained the creative and business affairs oversight for all original programming, including 1000+ hours of news and public affairs programming, 240 hours of true crime & justice programming, 120 hours of reality programming, five NAACP Image Awards, and a host of other specials and programming initiatives. Increased TV One’s ratings performance in 2015, making it a Top Cable Growth network among its competitors, as a result of the network’s five consecutive quarters of year-over-year gains in Primetime, the best summer ever on Wednesday nights, the strongest quarter in network history (1Q15) and the second most watched year of all time. Led TV One to its best primetime ratings performance ever among key demos in June 2016.Launched NewsOne Now, a daily news and entertainment program hosted by Roland Martin. Led NewsOne Now to year-over-year growth in 2016 with gains in five consecutive quarters. Launched original movie strategy to record-breaking performances.Oversaw Casting and Talent Relations Department to manage all casting and talent-related initiatives. Recruited and hired a new Head of Casting and Talent Relations to stellar results.Led pre-existing original programming and production team to new heights of creativity and effectiveness. Television:Executive produced three seasons of Sunday Best, significantly reducing the budget and earning the program its only NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Reality Series. Executive produced and co-directed The Family Crews; executive produced Vindicated; and created and executive produced Exalted! for Black Entertainment Television. Created and executive produced the Family Reunion reality television series and Daddy’s Little Girl: Lalai Ali documentary for TV One. Executive produced One Night Only television series with DreamWorks/ 
Paramount to promote the motion picture Dreamgirls. Executive produced the last two seasons of Black Entertainment Television’s Teen Summit, 
wherein the new format earned the highest ratings of the show’s 15-year history. 
Film: Raised millions of dollars in independent financing for six feature-length films over a five-year time period. Independently produced The Seat Filler (Kelly Rowland, Duane Martin, DeRay Davis), Truth Be Told (Blair Underwood, Regina King), Ride or Die (Vivica A. Fox, Meagan Good, Duane Martin), Book of Love (Treach, Robin Givens, Salli Richardson), and Sacred (Nas, Elise Neal, Isaiah Washington). Secured a significant marketing partnership with Target for the theatrical release of The Seat Filler. Developed feature-length films with major motion picture studios, including The Good House and My Soul to Keep with Fox Searchlight. Music/Comedy: Executive produced multiple live performance concert DVDs and television specials featuring Seal, Babyface, Anthony Hamilton, Angie Stone, Mint Condition, Paul Mooney, and others. Produced 50+ music videos with budget levels ranging from $30,000 to $800,000 and featuring the likes of Outkast, Nas, Three 6 Mafia, Bone, Thugs & Harmony, and Chaka Khan. Executive produced “The Awakening of LeAndria Johnson” album. Co-wrote Grammy award-winning single, “Jesus.”
