Contracted to help audit three large datacenters for power, SAN, andNetwork (fiber and copper) connections. Confirmed over 4,000 systems were compliant, labeled, and had redundant power circuits. Audited network switches and reclaimed over 1,000 ports. Contract was extended two times adding additional responsibilities. Led project to prepare the three datacenters for executive review, which was very well received. Created project documentation, and completed project on time and on budget forclient.

Performed problem management and root cause analysis of JAVA based POS systems for theApplication Solutions Division utilizing the ITIL guidelines.
