 Overall responsible for handling South-Tamilnadu Trade Commercial Operations.  Team leader for Verification and Employee’s Expenses Reports & Key accounts officer for all customers.  Ledger reconciliation of Debtors and sorting out differences, rectification of errors & omissions. Key player in scheme settlement and preparing Selling/Distribution statement at all customer level. Judiciously reviewed customers’ outstanding and following up with them for clearance of outstanding. Formulated plan for reviewing of Pricing time to time  Interfaced and coordinated with Transporters, Godown to ensure prompt and timely shipments. Coordinating at various levels for Banking of cheques and RTGS and forwarding of various MIS reports to the management. Liaised effectively with government departments & regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations. Handling of South-CFA/Godown with zero discrepancies. Preparation of various periodical revenue report, collection report, agency-wise/client-wise etc. for analysis & decision by the Top management. ‘C’ & ‘F’ & ‘H’ Forms follow up with customers, vendors & Branches. TDS certificate follow up with customers & vendors. Flexible and willing travel according to requirement. Reporting to Regional Commercial Manager- South.
