#Renewable_Renegades was founded in April of 2014. Our mission is to educate the world about the benefits of #Renewable_Energy & #Green_Infrastructure practices. Also, our goal is to sponsor a training class to get 25 underrepresented individuals into the #Green_Building_Trades.We are a #Minority_Owned, #Woman_Owned and #Veteran_Owned_Business_Enterprise. We have made it our mission to:- Combat #Predatory_Solar that is prevalent in #BIPOC communities.- Advocate for #Environmental_Justice.- Advocate for #Social_Justice.- Utilize the best #Workforce_Development practices to bring #Green_Jobs and #Green_Trainings to underrepresented groups.

- Supervised Field Organizers and Organizing Fellows- Executed the campaign’s multi-constituency outreach, and field plan for an early adoptercampaign, voter persuasion; developing tactics, and material necessary to meet organizing, and field goals.-Executed a volunteer recruitment plan that included maintaining, and expanding the committees'volunteer base.-Worked with Field Organizers to develop, and maintain organizing, volunteer canvass, and engagement program, aligned with goals determined in the Statewide Campaign.-Maintained a healthy, and productive team culture, including a communication schedule that maximized staff, and volunteer participation.-Maintained consistent, and effective internal communication within my team, and with other Regional Organizing Directors.-In partnership with the Organizing Director, developed, and executed political strategies, andtactics. -Successfully implemented training for relational, and grassroots organizing, aswell as coalition, and base building of community groups, labor, civil rights consumerprotection, environmental justice, racial justice, and legal organizations to endorse thecampaign, and leverage their membership networks for all stages of the campaign;-Successfully built relationships with allied organizations to help them build their ownbase of members to engage in our Coalition and educate voters in their organizations.
