Ideahackers facilitates the Startup in Residence (SIR) programme, for which I have been the programme manager on the side of Ideahackers. The SIR programme is a half-year programme in which 15 startups co-create together with appointed civil servants of their respective ministries on solving various problems. The startups get trained and mentored by the Ideahackers team, to successfully co-create their solution together with the ministries.Responsible for:➤ keeping overview of the programme➤ timeline & planning➤ contact person (for 50+ stakeholders)

Jungle Gym is recognised as Europe’s leading designer of safe residential playground equipment. As a growth hacker at Jungle Gym I focused mainly on four areas:➤ SEA: acquisition via Search, Shopping and Display campaigns for the German-speaking countries (DE, AT, CH, LU) on multiple search engines as campaign manager;➤ Email marketing: implementation of new review email campaign and improvement of current transactional emails concerning the order process;➤ Social Media: co-strategised, composed, designed and executed the social media strategy;➤ CRO: on a (bi)monthly basis ran multiple experiments with our growth team to improve the conversion rate per step in our customer journey;

TIM is a platform that matches creators & brands and makes their collaborative efforts more insightful with our developed technological tools, embedded in our platform. During my time at TIM I started as a growth hacker with a wide variety of responsibilities and gained a deeper understanding in multiple skills and tools.
