A delivery focussed change consultant with 25+ years experience of change delivery in the Financial Services sector (banking, wealth, insurance).Significant experience in pragmatically delivering a broad spectrum of changes including:• Digital: Online credit decisioning, delivery of digital banking platforms, customer migrations and fraud prevention programmes.• Organisational design / business process re-design including defining target operating models and consolidation of physical branch estates, outsourcing of key operational activities, mergers & acquisitions.• Payments: Faster payments / CHAPS / foreign payments.• Cloud adoption, SaaS, material outsourcing including regulator engagement.• Procurement / sourcing; management of RFI / RFP activities and contract negotiation / due diligence.The above experience is underpinned with a first class honours degree in Applied Computing, a recent Post Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL), ITIL V3 foundation, PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) both to practitioner level.
