I was also responsible for chasing the supply of information, liaising with business-wide departments and taking the lead in implementing processes into BP’s new ‘onesource’ software platform. Key Achievements: Building a centralised demand profile of current and future sub-sector spend for regional activity; analysing the trends so these could feed into future strategies. Led the subsequent integration into SharePoint, as a centralised tool for the team to enable improved knowledge sharing. Successfully created and implemented an internal database of performance by developing a performance scorecard system with survey and KPI scoring templates, which I incorporated into the OneSource platform. This required regular review sessions with the Systems team in order to adapt and deal with system issues. The system now contributes to BP’s ongoing decision making process by actively understanding the performance of subcontractors against agreed KPI metrics. Show less
