Conducted thorough validation of the curing process, including temperature recovery studies and bond integrity tests (3D X-ray, pull tests, immersion tests).Led the development of an automated scanning and laser trimming system, achieving all project milestones, including Factory and Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), while maintaining Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) within 4% of tolerance. Achieved a Process Capability Index (CPK) of over 1.65 for functional features and over 1.33 for aesthetic features, consistently meeting project deadlines outlined in Gantt charts and KPIs.Designed a high-end pedestal for AR/VR electronic wearables in collaboration with a cross-functional team, adhering to GD&T standards. Utilized Siemens NX and Teamcenter for detailed design analysis and selected fabrication methods like CNC machining and injection molding.Developed a dual-purpose packaging system that doubles as a workstation, introducing advanced materials and conducting extensive testing for permeability and drop resistance. The final product exceeded internal customer expectations.Upgraded critical equipment to comply with ISO 14644-1 cleanroom standards and provided technical support for assembly line operations, with about 25% of support involving on-site troubleshooting during the bring-up phase.Designed an embedded inspection system for incoming and outgoing material quality control, minimizing waste and enhancing efficiency.
