The central function of my role is to synchronize and coordinate the national church’s assets with mid-councils, congregations, partners, and their leaders (constituents). This position coordinates and synchronizes the work to see gaps in the needs of the church-at-large and what Presbyterian Mission Agency (PMA) staff provide. In addition, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that the vision of PMA and successor entity is communicated with Presbyterian Church U.S.A. (PCUSA) constituents, a key function of this role is to listen for and curate connections and resources emerging from the collective genius of the PCUSA.
