I am very goal oriented and driven to succeed, always have a back up plan and always open to new ideas and opportunities.I started my working career in the Navy in February of 2002. I spent 8 years in the military as a flight deck firefighter in crash and salvage and an aircraft marshaller. After my second term, I decided it was best to part ways. Moving on from the Navy I chose to become a motorcycle mechanic. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2010 to attend Motorcycle Mechanics Inst. While there I had the hardest time finding any type of employment so with ample time to study and learn, I maintained a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance for the 2 years I attended. I came across EventPro Strategies on Craigslist and started doing promotions for the Arizona Lottery at the State Fair for them. They liked my personality and energy and asked if I would like to be the lottery mascot 'Windfall Willie'.From there I went to my first NBA game, MLB game, NHL game, Arena Football game, NFL game, and WNBA game. I loved being a mascot and entertaining people. I worked with other mascots such as D. Baxter from the Arizona Diamondbacks, The Phoenix Suns Gorilla, and the rest of the local mascots. I finally realized my dream when I partook in the birthday party for the Gorilla. Being around all of those professional mascots made me want more. That same year I tried out for the DBacks and have been a part of their 'Racing Legends' for the past 5 baseball seasons. Shortly after the second season, I approached the Phoenix Coyotes to see if I could get some more limelight. They had me try out and I became the backup person for Howler and over this past summer I was the main guy to perform as Howler. While all of this was going on I still did AZ Lottery promotions and heard from an Arizona Cardinals employee that they were looking to have a person to help out with game operations and on community relation programs.My end goal is to be full-time employed by one professional sports team.
