Oversees the entire Ground Parcel and LTL Shipping Operation. Have extensive knowledge of the various shipping procedures and protocols as well as possess a developmental mindset that ensures continual process improvement and increase warehouse efficiency production.Responsible for monitoring the daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for all three Grounds shifts and all four Common Carrier shift. Responsible for the daily schedules of 15 transportation employees. Negotiates contracts with outside providers to minimize costs to the company and customers.Supervises the loading and unloading of goods in order to optimize quality and minimize mistakes.Served as the Flight Safety Monitor, Hazardous Certifier, US Customs Stamp Holder, Flight Trainer, and Quality Assurance Inspector.
