Managed numerous assembly lines [refurbishing] of consumer electronics products. Responsible for hiring/firing/coaching of employees. Established best practices processes which were duplicated across other product lines. In 1996 it was announced that the Refurb Center was moving to Mexico. Was chosen to develop and create an RFQ for homegrown system to track product through the refurbished process. Project was a success [under budget and processed over 1M units prior to project completion in 1997]
