At Restaurant Depot was in charge of cash handling, recording transactions, processing check and credit card transactions, handling the cashier's tills and sales, managing cashiers, and helping customers with any kind of questions or concerns they may have. When I first started at Restaurant Depot I was a receptionist which meant that I registered new customers, directed phone calls, replaced lost or stolen membership cards, handled returns and refunds, and made sure that every customer checked in at the door and was greeted with a smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude.

During my time at Rouses Supermarket, I monitored and recorded transactions, returns, processed checks, and kept inventory of all sales records and transaction histories. I was responsible for keeping sales records organized and thoroughly examined to ensure a smooth and successful work day.

My responsibilities at Winn Dixie included the following: management and handling of front end cashiers and revenue, the processing of customer transactions, knowledge of self-service and manual cash registers, returns and exchanges, and making sure each customers’ needs were met and in a timely and polite manner.
