Handling customer support & service activities for Large pump division and Small & Medium pumps division, Conducting energy audits and recommend suitable solution to improve overall efficiency of pumping system and estimate payback calculation and energy saving. Conducting performance gurantee test on Vertical Turbine pumps,industrial range of pumps as per IS/ISO standards and tolerance.Spare parts business for Vertical Turbine & SMPD range of pumps - Rs.50 Mil/year.

Providing timely response, Solution & Co-ordination of Warranty Complaints for 32 Business Units across Globe as a Single window function from India.Sole In-charge for executing & coordinating DESMET project order (across globe) pump sets with Single & Double Mechanical Seal arrangements with API flush plans from 02 to 62 arrangements - Rs.100 Mil/year.Analyzing Domestic Complaints and providing technical support to Branch office and Service Engineers.

In-charge for Service station -South Zone, Lead and manage team of 5 subordinates executing Reconditioning/ Overhauling of Boiler feed pumps,Industrial pumps,API series pumps and wide range of domestic pumps.Maintain and stock of spares, generate invoice, demonstrate performance of pump set at site/plant.Generate Service Revenue of Rs.10 Mil/year.
